I’ve had several friends who have been job hunting in the last several years at one point or another, and have commented how unbelievably frustrating things have gotten. I really like how the human workplace shows how automated key word application forms, and overly verbose job descriptions are problematic not just for job seekers, but also detrimental for employers.
